Thank you Tree Planters!

Last week was a big one at Troll’s Knoll. We unloaded ten large trees on October 11th and planted them (9 River Birch Trees and one Flowering Crabapple) on October 13th.

It was a lot of hard work and we want to thank all of our volunteers. We especially want to thank Rich Klein of NW Gardening Services; T. Frick from Studio41; Doug Smith and his volunteer crew from Seattle Tree Consulting; and Keith Donaldson our volunteer Bobcat Front Loader Operator. This last group provided expertise that us rookie tree planters needed. They also made sure we had a safe jobsite and for that we are extremely grateful

Stop by and see the trees (they are on the north end and have tree watering bags on them). And our tree watering crew could use a few more volunteers, so if you are interested, let us know.
